We were founded with a background in architecture, and this mixed with our passion for photography allows us to tap into the market need for interior architectural images. This, with almost anything, takes practice – and that’s what we do whenever we get a chance.
Charles Gaushell just returned from a trip to Mountain Springs Cabins right outside of Asheville, NC. While there, he took the opportunity to setup several shots of their cabin interiors.
With tripod, lights and wide angled lens in hand, he tackled the task of setting up the spaces. Each cabin took over an hour to stage, light and shoot. After that the files were downloaded to the computer where the RAW files were processed and further adjusted. Here’s a sample from the group (click to view larger):
