President’s Day is Monday February 18th. Serving on submarines in the U.S. Navy taught me about the traits good leaders like Presidents share. One of those traits is being a self-starter. We’re blessed at Paradigm to have Jana Yarbrough as a part of our team. Jana recently published an article for HDRI 3D, a major 3D trade magazine. Her article, “No Lines for the Restroom”, is focused on what it means to be a woman working in a 3D world - an industry currently dominated by males. Jana didn’t need direction to write that article. No one here at Paradigm gave her notes, or helped her in making contacts around the world. She saw a need, and took it upon herself to fill that need.
