We have been using LightWave3D since 1993 as our primary 3D illustration and animation program. It has served us well over the years, but we are now reviewing an exciting option called Modo made by Luxology.
Modo is actually developed by the original programmers of LightWave3D. The beauty for us is that it plays well with LightWave3D and it provides features that we are looking forward to for many years.
